Your current plan
Self-service is for eligible monthly Standard subscriptions only. Yearly Standard needs support-assisted, credit-safe review to preserve unused prepaid time. Discounted, tax-enabled, flexible-billing, scheduled, or cancellation-scheduled subscriptions also need support review. The automatic upgrade flow does not change those arrangements.

Your paid Standard billing continues during these seven days. At conversion, Agency replaces Standard, rather than creating an overlapping subscription. Unused prepaid Standard time is accounted for as billing credit, not a cash refund.
Agency activates immediately after the trial starts successfully, including the base desktop license and Downloads. Your full seven days start at activation, not when you request this review. The date above is an estimate; your exact billing deadline is confirmed in account status when Agency activates. Choose Stay on Standard from this verified account before that confirmed deadline to prevent conversion and keep your valid Standard access.
Forgot to stay on Standard?
You may request a refund of the first Agency charge within 72 hours of that charge. Requests are reviewed, not automatically approved. An approved refund cancels Agency and restores only your original Standard entitlement if it is still valid; it does not create new paid Standard time.
Cancel future renewals separately. Submitting a refund request does not itself cancel billing.
