How to Access Your Subscription Portal

We use Stripe's secure Customer Portal to manage subscriptions. Here's how to access it:

  1. Check your email - Look for the receipt from Stripe (sent to the email you used when subscribing)
  2. Click "Manage billing" - At the bottom of any Stripe receipt email
  3. Access the portal - You'll be taken to your secure subscription dashboard

What You Can Do in the Portal

  • View and download invoices
  • Update payment methods
  • Switch between monthly and yearly plans
  • Cancel your subscription (effective at period end)
  • Reactivate canceled subscriptions
