VIDEO BATCHER / AGENCY

Ask your AI to prepare your videos.
Your computer does the rendering.

Ask your AI to write and add captions, create variations, reuse presets and prepare batches. Connect your own compatible AI, point it to your files, and let VideoBatcher render on your computer. Review jobs first or allow approved jobs to run automatically.

Simulation. Client names and numbers are illustrative; rendering time depends on your computer. Jobs can wait for your approval (Review first) or run automatically within the folders and presets you approve.

Guided setup, your controls

Choose what your AI can work with.

01 / CONFIGURE

Follow guided setup

Activate Agency, then review saved presets, limits and your default folder in the desktop app. Choose Review first or Automatic. Automation stays off until you enable it.

02 / PREPARE

Connect your own AI

Choose Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity in AI Connection and follow the steps. Claude Desktop uses an extension; the others use a private link. All use MCP. CLI remains available for scripts.

03 / RENDER

Review or run automatically

Review first waits for desktop approval; Automatic starts valid jobs within your prior approvals. Both render locally and use the same permission checks.

FROM SOURCE TO BATCH

Download, edit and repurpose.

Download public Instagram and TikTok videos directly in the dedicated Downloads tab. Browse thumbnails, multi-select the videos you want and save them to your chosen folder. Send selected downloads to the editor to add captions, create variations and repurpose them into a new batch.

Standalone downloading requires Agency, but no AI connection. Only download content you own or have permission to use; public availability does not grant reuse rights.

  • Keep client work organized
Tell your AI which files to use and where to save the results. Each job gets its own new folder, and your originals stay untouched.
  • Write and add captions
Have your AI prepare caption text and layout, then check the result before rendering.
  • Reuse your saved presets
Prepare variations with approved audio pools, watermarks and Device Metadata Profiles in supported builds.
  • Preview before a batch
Check local previews and validate jobs first. Sharing sampled images with your AI is a separate opt-in.

PLAN & STATUS

Agency is $250 USD per month.

Agency includes the base desktop license and Downloads. Eligible existing paid Standard customers can try Agency for seven days with instant access and no Agency charge, while Standard stays paid and continues normal billing. Unless you choose Stay on Standard before the exact deadline, $250/month Agency replaces Standard automatically. Other billing arrangements may need support review. The free desktop trial does not include Agency; new Agency buyers do not receive the seven-day upgrade trial. See setup steps.

Already paying for Standard?

Self-service is for eligible monthly Standard subscriptions only. Yearly Standard needs support-assisted, credit-safe review to preserve unused prepaid time. Verify your billing email, review the expected billing date and explicitly accept automatic Agency billing seven days after activation. The exact deadline is confirmed in account status when Agency activates. Return to the same verified account at any time during the trial to choose Stay on Standard. Existing subscribers should upgrade rather than purchase a second subscription.

Upgrade to Agency

New Agency subscription

Agency is $250 USD per month, renewing monthly until cancelled. This new paid subscription includes the desktop license and Downloads, but no seven-day trial. Connect your own AI and let it do the work within your approved settings. Already on paid Standard? Review the seven-day upgrade trial instead.

Forgot to opt out of the upgrade trial? Request a refund of the first Agency charge within 72 hours through your verified Agency account or support. Requests are reviewed. An approved refund cancels Agency and restores only valid original Standard access. Cancelling future renewals is separate from refunds. Earlier accepted terms and legacy guaranteed refunds are preserved; mandatory legal rights are unaffected. Refund policy.

First-release notes

Which AI subscriptions work?

VideoBatcher 3.10.0 provides setup for Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity on Windows and Mac. Bring your own AI account. ChatGPT needs an eligible plan with Developer mode; Gemini custom apps currently require a personal account, age 18+, in the US, with Keep Activity on. Organization restrictions may apply. AI workflows are still being tested; check the provider requirements and connection steps. Advanced local MCP clients and CLI scripts remain supported.

What stays local?

VideoBatcher renders on your own computer, not on a hosted rendering service. Your connected AI client may send prompts, filenames, captions and tool results to your own AI provider under its terms. Optional visual sharing is off by default; if you enable it, sampled images may also be sent to that provider. Local rendering does not mean a cloud AI is offline. There is no built-in cloud uploader for finished batches.

Which presets can automation use?

VideoBatcher 3.10.0 automation can use audio pools, watermarks, and Device Metadata Profiles configured manually in an approved saved preset. Files saved in the preset are used wherever you saved them; audio pools require video inputs. Update older builds before using these features. See the MCP preset guide. Device Metadata Profiles remains an existing Standard desktop capability, not an Agency-exclusive feature.

Where can Agency save outputs?

Supported local filesystems include NTFS, APFS, and ext4. exFAT is unsupported. Agency is not a hosted rendering or white-label service. Your license's device and session limits still apply; an AI connection does not add team seats. See the Agency terms.
