Agency upgrade and access-review information

When the optional Agency upgrade service is available, billing-email verification uses short-lived, hashed one-time codes, essential session cookies and request limits. We retain the accepted terms version and payment-attempt records needed to process your upgrade safely. Stripe handles the payment; Resend delivers the verification email.

A staff access review may record the relevant rule, evidence, customer communications and the suspension or restoration decision. These records are used for security, support, appeals and legal obligations, not for undisclosed scanning of your local files. Local Agency rendering does not send your media to us. Your chosen AI provider may receive the prompts and tool results you share with it under its own privacy terms.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you start a free trial or subscribe to Video Batcher Pro, we collect your email address. When you subscribe, we also receive your name and payment information (processed securely through Stripe).

License Information: We generate and store a unique license key associated with your subscription.

Usage Data: The Software performs periodic license validation checks with our servers. This includes your license key, subscription status and basic usage counts, such as how many videos you have created and when you last opened the app. We use these counts for trial limits, support and follow-ups.

We use collected information to:

• Send you product updates, tips and occasional offers (every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time)
• Provide customer support

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

Customer Management: We keep our customer list in Salesforce to organize support and follow-up emails. It includes your email address, name, plan and subscription status, trial status and basic app activity (such as how many videos you have created and when you last opened the app). 4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we may retain certain information for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Essential Cookies: Our website uses session cookies to maintain your browsing session and to track referral codes for our affiliate program. These are necessary for the site to function and do not require consent.
