Read the Agency & Acceptable Use Addendum for Agency billing, upgrades and the proposed suspension and appeal process. It applies to customers who accept that addendum; mandatory legal rights remain unchanged.
By accessing and using Video Batcher Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or business use.
Each license key is tied to a single user and device. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license.
Video Batcher Pro is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or yearly).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges and your license remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Standard charges are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 14 days — by email, Telegram, or the website live chat — and it will be refunded in full. Agency customers who accept the new Agency addendum have the separately disclosed Agency terms, including a 72-hour request window for the first charge after the seven-day upgrade trial, not a blanket 14-day Agency guarantee. Earlier accepted customer terms and legacy guaranteed refunds remain protected, and mandatory legal rights are unaffected. Cancellation and refund requests are separate actions. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at team@videobatcher.com before disputing it with your bank. Initiating a chargeback on a valid charge — including the renewal of a subscription that was not cancelled — is a violation of these Terms and results in immediate suspension of the associated license while the dispute is investigated.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

The Software requires periodic online license validation. The Software will verify your subscription status with our servers. Failure to maintain an active subscription or attempting to bypass validation will result in Software deactivation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
We may provide updates, patches, and new versions of the Software. While we strive to provide support, we do not guarantee any specific level of support or response time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
