Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Video Batcher Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or business use.

Each license key is tied to a single user and device. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license.

3. Subscription and Billing

Video Batcher Pro is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or yearly).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Share your license key with others
• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent license validation mechanisms
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software

5. License Validation

The Software requires periodic online license validation. The Software will verify your subscription status with our servers. Failure to maintain an active subscription or attempting to bypass validation will result in Software deactivation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Updates and Support

We may provide updates, patches, and new versions of the Software. While we strive to provide support, we do not guarantee any specific level of support or response time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
